Compassionate, evidence-based, personalised psychological support
English-Speaking Psychologist Basel
Hi, I’m Natalie
I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and low mood, as well as those navigating the challenges of adjusting to life in a new country. I also support people who are thoughtful, capable, and hold themselves to high standards, yet find themselves struggling internally.
Many of the people I work with appear to be doing well from the outside, but privately experience persistent self-doubt, perfectionism, or a sense of never quite being good enough. You might recognise this in yourself: overthinking decisions, being overly self-critical, or feeling discouraged despite your efforts. Perhaps you push yourself to meet expectations but rarely feel satisfied with what you achieve. Over time, this can leave you feeling drained, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
For those adjusting to a new country, the loss of familiarity can bring overwhelm, grief, and a range of difficult emotions. Alongside practical challenges, this transition can impact your sense of identity, stability, and belonging.
I support individuals in developing greater self-confidence and a more balanced, compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be holding you back, and work towards creating more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.
I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and better understand what is sustaining these patterns. From there, we begin to make thoughtful, lasting changes, helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease with yourself.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.
If you’re considering seeking support, you’re very welcome to get in touch to see whether working together feels like the right step for you.
